PREMIUM Server RF1

PREMIUM Server RF1 is a new rack from the Premium series designed for the most demanding conditions and applications. Its cornerstone is a highly rigid, laser-welded frame made of patented profiled steel to ensure maximum rigidity and load capacity of up to 2,000 kg. You don‘t need to make compromises with this rack.

One-piece top cover features cable holes with plastic brushes on both sides for flexible installation of cabling. The opening for the ventilation unit is covered with a sheet metal blank panel. The side panels feature horizontal separations for easier handling and are protected by a lock preventing unauthorized access.

Two new types of vertical extrusions with U position markings are easy to mount, bringing extraordinary variability of the internal arrangement for instalation of IT equipment. A-type extrusions, which are included in the standard configuration, bring an additional 12/24 U positions for 800 mm wide racks. V-type extrusions, designed for 800 mm rack width, allow easy adjustment from 19“ to 21“ or even 23“.

Special hinges allow the doors to be opened up to a 190° angle. The doors can be installed, removed, or reversed without any need for tools. Vented doors boast an unparalleled 86 % perforation, which improves air circulation and thus saves money on cooling. The doors have a swivel handle lock with a replaceable cylindrical insert and single- or multi-point lock. Electronic handles and handles with integrated card readers also available.

When joining several racks into a row, the side panels are replaced with narrower and lighter slide-in panels. The slide-in panels are installed from the front and are available in two versions: one covering the full depth of the rack, the other only 300 mm deep to separate or individually adjust the depth of the cold zone for each rack independently. Improved rack packaging facilitates removal of the rack from the pallet and allows attaching eye bolts for easier transport. Possibilities of combination of transport wheels and legs.

The PREMIUM Server RF1 rack is fully compatible with all systems and accessories such as cooling and ventilation, optimized airflow system, cable management, monitoring and access control, power Distribution Units – PDU or fire prevention systems.
